Mariculture

From Egg to Plate

We run a vertically integrated production of the delicious Rose Snapper: from larvae to plate size fish, farmed in tropical paradise 3 miles of the coast of Quepos, Costa Rica

Fish in Cage

Unlike many other aquaculture operations our farmed Rose Snapper is fed with a balanced diet which is produced by world-class companies assuring the best quality Fish.
Our Fish In / Fish Out ratio is close to 0, since the fishmeal base of our feed comes mainly from by-products from the tuna canning industry.
